About Candice Akins, Founder
Candice Akins built CLA & Co Consulting out a belief that leadership isn't just about a position-it's about influence, impact, and transformation. Her own career journey reflects this truth.
For more than a decade, Candice led high performing teams as a Managing and Principal Broker and General Sales Manager. She learned firsthand how to balance strategy with people, how to create systems that drive efficiency, and how to bring out the best in others while meeting ambitious goals. Along the way, she discovered her greatest strengths: Helping leaders and organizations unlock growth by refining how they operate and how they lead.
Candice has guided teams through change, reduced operational expenses by 20% through innovative strategies, and built environments where people feel supported to succeed. But what truly defines her story is not just the results, it's the resilience behind them.
